How to make friends in college? One of the best ways is to get involved in extracurricular activities. Learning a foreign language has been a most trying experience for me, but one that I wouldn’t trade for anything. Not only did learning another language teach me the value of hard work, but it also gave me insights into another culture, and my mind was opened to new ways of seeing things.
